Think Sideways · Sydney, Australia
Designing, delivering, and evaluating initiatives that genuinely move people — from individual capability to sector-wide transformation.
With more than two decades of experience across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, Chantelle designs and delivers learning and behaviour change programs for some of Australia's most respected institutions and some of the world's leading organisations.
Her work spans instructional design, change management, facilitation, and program management — often within the same engagement. She is known for work that is clear, useful, and easy to apply, and for client relationships grounded in honesty, accountability, and mutual respect.
Chantelle works with a small portfolio of clients at any one time. From large-scale, award-winning community investment programs to bespoke work designed for individuals, the scale and sector change but the standard doesn't.
The measure of good design isn't how clever the solution is. It's whether the initiative achieves its outcomes — and the client recognises their vision in what was built.
Two decades. Three sectors. One standard. Every engagement — from a single coaching session to a national behaviour change program — gets the same level of attention, rigour, and care.
This is not a volume business. Chantelle works with a small portfolio of clients at any one time, precisely because the work demands it.
From the room to the organisation. From one person to a sector.
Think Sideways · Learning & Behaviour ChangeEach engagement is built from scratch. No templates, nothing off-the-shelf. Just work designed for your specific context, people, and goals.
Learning experiences built around the core needs of the learner. Designed to maximise engagement, improve knowledge retention, and produce outcomes that last beyond the room.
Conversations designed before they happen. Sessions that help people think clearly, surface what matters, and leave with more than they arrived with.
Helping people find their place in change rather than resist it. Building confidence, creating clarity, and making new ways of working actually stick.
Steady, structured oversight for complex work. The kind of follow-through that stops good ideas disappearing in the gap between planning and delivery.
Clear thinking about hard problems. Helping organisations diagnose what's actually going on, make better decisions, and build the capability to keep improving.
Space to think, challenge, and grow. For people navigating change or working out what comes next — with someone who asks the right questions.
The relationships that matter most are the ones that bring clients back. These are two of them.
Chantelle is adaptable and creative. She's 100% committed to getting the best outcome. Her strong skills in written communication and content design helped us bring abstract concepts to life through activities, humour and metaphors. She's a pleasure to work with.Dr Emily Heath Director, EY CCaSS
Chantelle's work is truly excellent. I love the insight, the care and the passion that is evident in her work. She told me she would treat our company like it was her own — and she did.Ntiedo Etuk Founder, Your Guru
